Everyone’s days on earth are limited. The amount of video games out there, however, are seemingly unlimited. And for those of us that are obsessed with the medium, this causes a bit of a problem. A weird existential dread that comes from a looming video game backlog. How will we ever beat it all? Should we beat it all? And if we were to actually try to do it in a timely manner, how would we? That’s the type of question I approach today and in fact… the very challenge I’ll be taking on in 2023.

What game is sitting at the top of your backlog?
Did I spot Daryl with a Trash Taste shirt for like a second at 3:47?
If Disco Elysium AND Outer Wilds are BOTH in your backlog you have LOST YOUR MIND PLAY THEM BOTH RIGHT NOW
yoo 2i2 gang rise up
My top 10 (no order)
1. Metal Gear Solid 3
2. Earthbound
3. Banjo Kazooie
4. Windwaker
5. Stardew Valley
6. Outer worlds
7. Demons Souls
8. Mario Bowsers Fury
9. Majoras Mask for N64
10. The OG god of war games
First video I've seen from you. Was enjoying it then I noticed the Trash Taste shirt. Subbed.
I've been playing Spider-Man (PS4) and God of War (2018) for the past 4 years. I've also purchased about 10 other games that I haven't even cracked the seal on in the same time.
Holy shit who fuckin cares? I’ll get to it if I get to it, and half the games I love took multiple attempts before they grabbed me. Tons of games you’re “supposed to like” just didn’t click so I’m not gonna bother finishing it. You try something for the first time in 6 years and it still doesn’t click? Fuck it, play something else. You’re not losing gamer status because you didn’t like Planescape or Max Payne or Halo. People like different shit.
having a massive gaming backlog is like getting a massive meal at a restraunt and wondering how your going to eat it all
Simply because you added the ENTIRETY (maybe not all, I've not checked) of the songs and games used in the video, you get my sub. I've not even watched the whole video, but what I've watched so far is great. However, what I've watched paired with the previous point deserves a sub, no question. I wish more creators did even half of this
