  1. Until the 7800X3D releases, I'm not even looking, I've gone Intel 3700k [2013] to 8700k [2018] in my 5 year upgrade cycle, so [2023] is next, and Ryzen 1 just wasn't good enough in 2018.
    I'd like to see Intel ditch the useless (for gaming) eWaste, with a competing 13700kG (10C/20T) variant, replacing eWaste with 2 more real Cores to make a fight of it, but will they?.
    Final verdict will be after reviews of course, but if 7800X3D follows the path blazed by the 5800X3D, it's AMD that remains my firm favourite, Intel will need to work hard to keep me.
    With future scaling that Chiplets, will give RDNA4, and my EVGA 3080 Ti FTW3 being the last EVGA card (RIP), I'm expecting an all AMD setup by 2025, with next GPU upgrade .
