This movie sucked Panther balls.
This movie sucks yet again. They totally botched Namor and the plot didn't make any sense.
Overall I liked the movie. I just don't like that the only thing that drives the characters was death. T'Challa was driven by the death of his father, Sheri was driven by the death of her brother and her mother. Don't know why this troupe has to be with Black characters.
I CAN TELL YOU I REALLY DON'T LIKE THIS FISH-MEXICAN PEOPLE AGAINST THE WAKANDANS! I DON'T WANT TO SEE MY LATINO BROTHERS AS THE BAD GUYS!! NOT ONLY THAT BUT I CAN JUST TELL IS GONNA BE A LOT OF SILLY CGI FIGHTS. THEN THIS WOMEN LED ARMY WHICH IGNORES THE REALITY THAT MEN ARE SUPREME IN ALL MILITARY ACTIVITIES. AND FINALLY, A WOMAN PANTHER…UMMM…NO!
So many times in this movie, I was like, "Stop fighting. You can be amazing together!" 😂
24:40 Have to correct you here, Namor is Scottish-American/Atlantean. His name is also "Roman" backwards and his battle cry is Latin, referencing the Mediterranean nature of Atlantis traditionally. May as well say Killmonger in the MCU is of no particular ethnicity since Wakanda is fictitious and he half American.
It's so odd hearing such positivity after almost every other review I've seen touching on the bad writing. I think Just My Opinion Reviews would be the review I'll follow the most. He enjoyed it, but have some problem with it he couldn't put to words after just getting out of the theater. I wonder if this will have staying power once the emotions calm down.
