So I found the reason why Warzone FPS was so low. I had to change some settings in the Users/Documents/COD/Players directory. I changed the value of the 'RendererWorkerCount' to 6 to match the 6 physical cores of the 12400F and now im getting the following FPS:
1080p (Normal): 200fps
1080p (High): 190fps
1440p (Normal): 150fps
1440p (High): 140fps
