Like every recipe says to save pasta water. And it never says what to do with it.
Tip, use fresh ingredients, proceeds to use dry package pasta. Beginner teacher mistake.

man it is so hard to find the pig cheek I went to 4 or 5 markets
dont just read the recepie watch the video several times till you know it by heart. that way when you actually are cooking you can absorb what is happening more
