Ugh. I respect Gordon Ramsey but I respect extra virgin olive oil more. All products deserve our attention and understanding. We do not press anymore, at least it is hard to find because it allows for fermentations. We now centrifuge the paste so we can cold extract it giving us a more efficient and a higher quality product. So much to teach and explain to the consumer. Chefs are key in this work. Ramsey definitely does much more than most.

Notice that he is using Wusthof knives. They are handmade and hold an edge very well. Most home cooks use knives that are far too dull

When the weather starts to cool, I am in my kitchen a lot, love to cook as the leaves change and put up a bunch of freezer meals. Was looking for something new and now I will try these.
