  1. I followed you ebay link and other than the esthetics there was a machine that was nearly identical to your final build for $285. Intel i5 8400, 16GB ram, and even a GTX 1650. The odd part was the HD. It had a 1TB spinner with a 16GB Optane in the M.2 slot, which I assume Windows uses for a mega cache.
    I have no use for such a machine and I'm not a flipper, but I'm tempted… Maybe an HTPC?
