Wow Im late to the show, but I really needed this! I'm barely overweight (BMI of 27) and with the SoMe influence I feel so wrong to the point, where I enlisted for a program at my work to get obesity medicine. Sigh…. I'm worn out as a student, and mom and dont have the energy to put in to dieting and exercise in extreme.
Also Im very against stressing about my weight, since its mentally challenging, and I am more concerned about my mental health than a little bit of extra weight. Anyway, thank you for being so body positive <3
I'm most definitely apple shape & big boobs. Plus I'm 5'1" tall. Watching your videos is a blessing. I'm almost 65 yrs old & just now getting comfortable with my body. I have always been asked when my baby is due. 🤷♀️

Used to be pear shaped, but after 3 kids in 2.5 years, I'm very apple shaped now. So it's been hard to find clothing that fits and looks good on me. So thank you so much for making this video, this helps so much!
