To make the holiday easier for home cooks, we asked the culinary contessa to create a menu that lets premade ingredients do much of the work.     If Ina says it’s okay
    I’m in
    I know great cooks that do things in steps all week long
    Then do great display/presentation the day of
    I personally don’t care about the bird looking a special way(magazine picture)
    I just want it to taste good—juicy
    And an oven bag accomplishes it every time
    No fail, fall-off-bone delicious!
