Why put makeup on? Also why have a camera in your face the whole time? I'd feel differently if this was a home movie but as usual it's just for views and money. Didn't even sem like you were present during labor. Ridiculous

I was born and grew up in China and my son was born in China as well. It’s very interesting to see the differences of how American treat the new mom. Chinese family would prepare very nutritious easy to digest and absorb meals for the new mom, like chicken broth, stewed free range chicken, eggs root vegetables herbs etc to promote healing, recovering and lactating. New mom are not allowed to touch cold water, bath or shower for days or weeks (depends on the area) and not now allow to do much except feeding and changing the baby in the first month. We call that “sitting month”. From the videos, it looks like Madeline just eats her regular meals and snacks. Well, nothing wrong with that, American women have been doing the same for generations and generations and they are strong and healthy. they all raise beautiful healthy and smart kids.
