I love this movie I saw it in the theatre & have rented it many more times each time I watch the film I love it more & more its such a beautiful film and the music DDL is one of my favorite actors so sad this was his last film but who knows maybe after a few years he might decided to do another one as I have heard that he took many years in between films and came back.

  2. Film is THE art of our time and Phantom Thread is very fine art indeed!
    I sat through it twice.
    It’s a difficult film to discuss.
    Your analysis is better than most.
    Clearly, though, you were reading from a prepared text.
    Nothing at all wrong with that.
    But try to make it sound like you are not.
    Be more expressive.
    Slow down.
