Synopsis::
The movie Pratham Prem depicts the sorrowful story of Sanjivani, a beautiful girl. The film begins with Nita, a film director going to talk with a doctor to know the story of Sanjivani. Sanjivani is an orphan girl brought up by a middle class family. She is in love with Prabhat, a rich boy. Rakesh also tries to marry Sanjivani. Prabhat and Rakesh had a fight for this in which both of them were killed by their gang. Sanjivani’s brother who was also involved with the gang tried to kill Sanjivani to protect his friends from police. But his friends betrayed him and killed his whole family by bomb blast. Somehow Sanjivani survived the bomb blast and ran away to another village where she met Raja who also fell in love with Sanjivani. Raja was an employee in Prabhat’s company. Later Prabhat was found to be alive and was taken to the village of Raja for a weather change. There he met Sanjivani at her marriage with Raja. After seeing Prabhat, Sanjivani went to him and in shock Prabhat had a cardiac attack where he died. Raja was also killed by some other goons. The movie ends on a sad note where Nita was taken to Sanjivani who turned mad in the pain of losing her loved ones.
