We go 120 miles offshore of Dauphin Island, Alabama to catch the biggest groupers of my life, as well as experience the wildest tuna fishing! I finally catch my first first on slow pitch, and they’re fish of a lifetime! After bottom fishing, we head to the oil rigs to tuna fish! We catch endless tunas! I go home and fillet the yellow edge grouper and make a homemade pesto baked grouper!
