The most effective way to get better is just simply to have an very good gaming pc that gives you consistent 144 fps while having an 144hz display at minimum. Why? Because every micro stutter or fps drop throws your aim or movement off that you had planned and no training in the world can fix inconsistent fps with stuttering or constant screen tearing.
The next part is to have stable internet of atleast 50-100mbits/s or higher.
AFTER all of that you can really see real improvements – no matter what anyone wants to tell you. Even the worst noobs can sometimes really pop off when they meet this requirements while even the biggest pro has a really hard time without them.

Tbh I know I am decent at the game, but randoms are just so terrible. I know they are “fixing matchmaking” but I have so many games where I push, with my team behind me and then the second I start fighting, they change their mind/don’t commit and are nowhere to be seen. I legit carry every single squad I’m matched with and I’m plat.
